My name is Ralph Adedeji, I am a citizen of the United States of America, born in Sylmar, California. I am currently in grade 12 at St. Francis Xavier Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada..
I have been involved with the track and field team at my school since grade 9. My passion and love for track and field started when I was in grade 3 and has grown immensely. Over the years I have obtained many awards and medals in track and field such as a Track and Field Most Dedicated Player award in grade 9, Track and Field Most Valuable Player award in grade 10, and a Track and Field Most Dedicated Player award in grade 11. I would like to continue enjoying and participating track and field in your post-secondary institution hence the reason I am approaching you. I have very strong practice/training skills to make sure every run is always better than my last run. I believe that I would be a great candidate for your school because I will be devoted to my studies and sport. At your post-secondary institution I would like to study health sciences to become a medical doctor or something related to that field. I have great experience to do with health sciences because I have volunteer experience at the Trillium Health Partners in the neurosurgery department through July 2nd, 2014 to August 1st, 2014 and cooperative education experience at the Trillium Health Partners in the endoscopy department through September 23rd, 2014 to January 16, 2015. I was also accepted into the SHSM Health & Wellness program for Grade 11 and 12 in September 2014 and was promoted to become a SHSM Health & Wellness ambassador for grade 12.
