Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Eric Campbell.

i am proud to say that I have committed to Guelph University and very excited to becomming a Gryphon Teammate starting Sept 2021.

If you still want to know more about me feel free to read below.

I am very passionate about running. Training six days a week with my Local Team Niagara Olympic Club and High school Sir Winston Churchill.

believe in working hard to achieve your goals.

I am a Canadian National Championship competitor  and in 2018 winning Gold 800M and Silver 1500M races and look towards future goals.  I am a triple crown athlete ending my grade 10 year by winning OFSSA in Cross Country,  800 and 1500M Gold medals.

I have  found my passion with running.

I can only blame myself for a bad run and each race has its own challenges either with weather, or the competitors.   I am able to read each race, know what my competitors are capable of, and how to change my run as needed to succeed.

Despite running as an individual, I am a team player and love the family atmosphere with my fellow runners.   I look forward to finding my future family and bring new championships to my prospective learning institution.  I look forward to meeting and hearing from you. Watch my YouTube videos  in my profile to see if I am what you are looking for on your team.

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
