Personal Statement

My name is Ethan Pettis, and I am finally finding my niche in the track world. I started running the 300M hurdles 2 months ago and I have found that I REALLY enjoy it. My PR is 45.8. I am historically a distance runner. I am mediocre in cross country but adding jumps has changed everything for me. I would probably be a fair steeplechaser as well.

I run the 4x400 meter relay as well and my split time is under 58 seconds. I would love to run hurdles in college. I am looking for a Christian school and I am planning to major in social studies/history education.
