I am Speed . Ever since I was little my mother tells me i have been obsessed with everything fast. Fast cars, fast animals, fast people. I look at running from a scientific perspective, there’s always room to better your form , shin angle, stride frequency and length. Necessary diets ( I’m on a fish diet as of this moment ) , isometrics, plyometrics, and cold therapy for post workout recovery. Mental strength is what track is all about , how bad do you want it? What will you sacrifice to achieve it? How much do you love running? My answer to these questions is, YES!
