I am a hard-working student athlete who is always seeking improvement. I love the 400-meter and enjoy working with my teammates in all the sprint relays. By the way, I go by my middle name, Brooks.
I am an honors student with a 3.92 on a 4.0 scale, and currently have a 30 ACT but intend to retake. I will take French all four years of high school and will continue taking AP History and English.
I want to major in anthropology and minor in French, and am looking for a diverse college with strong opportunities for exploration and music.
I want to run at the highest level possible.
I am currently running with Major Impact Track Club, and had my first indoor competitions this year including Nike Indoor Nationals. You can access all my stats on MileSplit. In the spring 2022 season, I dropped my 400 time by four seconds even though I found out after state competition that I had been running on three stress fractures. This past summer I focused on healing and strength and conditioning through PT and aqua jogging, which was tough work but kept me strong mentally and physically. Now I am returning to competition and focusing on improved form and speed.
