Nicholas Lake '24 Recruiting Profile

In college, I want to achieve my goals of becoming a Chemical Engineer and continuing my running career. I have been running for 7 years and I am still striving for my goals. I am a great asset to any team because I am a hard worker and dedicated to strengthening my team and teammates. I differ from other recruits by being very coachable. I have participated in a Decathlon and picked up on the many events fairly quickly and I feel that this trait is very valuable to coaches looking for new team members.  I’d love to join a great team and especially grown in the 400M and 200M. For my senior year, I am striving to sub-50 in the 400M, and I have much greater goals under a collegiate coach in college. As well, I’m very open to other events that will help the team succeed.
