I run 5-8 miles usually and a good portion of the time i run with a weighted vest to give me more of a challenge.

Regionals in powerlifting 4a for Brooks Academy Science and Engineering . Powerlifting is a side sport that took my interest to strengthen my body before track season in junior year. I exceeded well and made it to regionals my first year doing so.

Baseball, played positions are Shortstop, outfield, and 1st base. I loved Baseball , but when I was introduced to Cross Country I quit playing and moved to Cross country as I loved and enjoyed the sport
