I'm having a good fall training season after skipping football. Going to step up and try my legs in the 800m my Sr. year. Should be some good conditioning for the 300mh. The goal is sub-1:55.    

Soph yr. Set 3 PRs on my second meet of the year.  HJ- 5'10" with one day of practice.  110h 15.44,   300h 41.27

Place 2nd in the 110h at 15.31 and 3rd in 300h at 40.18 in our District meet. Ran 39.93 in prelims
