In college, I aim to improve upon my athletics and academics, running faster than I ever have while learning new and interesting concepts that push me toward a separate career. Finding the right school is important to me, and I look for a school that will stretch my limits and do so effectively, teaching me ways to handle heavy workloads and yet preserving a good environment. I would fit perfectly at a school like this because I like to be pushed far in activities I enjoy. I absolutely love to run, and I can't stop myself from pushing it to the max every time I run a hard workout. I've got a desire to improve my times: get below 2 minutes for the 800m, run a 15 minute 5k, ect. All these times are in my head when I'm racing and they push me to be the best runner I can be. I know even when I run these times and achieve all my goals, I'll always want to run even faster. I'll go for the sub 4 minute mile or something like that when it comes time. Academically, I have a similar mindset. I take AP and honors classes because I really want to learn more. I seem to find something I enjoy in every subject and the only reason I haven't picked a major is because I have so many interests. I love to run, study, play music, work with kids, read, write, cook and a long list of other things, all of which I work to improve myself in.
