Edwin Park '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Edwin Park. I’m currently a junior attending Rock Ridge High School as well a shot put thrower on the Rock Ridge Track and Field Team. My main goal is to achieve a state title before my high school careers ends and strive to be one of the most respected throwers in the state. I believe I would be a beneficial asset to your throwing team because I’m very coachable, I put 100% in everything that I am asked to do, and I don’t quit. I think what makes me different from all other recruits is that I believe it is important to create relationships with the people around you in order to better the team as a whole. I also believe that I work harder through adversity than other recruits. I understand the significance of both academics and athletics as well as how to balance and prioritize the two. I am positive that I will be a beneficial addition to your team and will strive to better the program.
