I started in outdoor track my freshman year not fully confident in being successful at all, through out that particular season I believe I have grown tremendously. I started out with running a 400 in 1:07.67, now with working on my skills, I have brought that number down drastically to a PR around 55 seconds. In practice I have never taken a break, I always came to the high school during breaks to run, I tried not to miss practice when I have been sick, I have also pushed my self in School and the weight room to improve myself as an athletic and academic athlete. As I worked on my 400 times, I have found interest in Hurdles, my time is not the best as of rightnow, but as I work this upcoming outdoor season, I am hoping and willing to put much needed time to work on my form and endurance in order to succeed in such race.
