Personal Statement

I love being in a positive and supporting environment full of teammates and coaches who motivate me to achieve my goals. I also love when my coaches or other people I look up to are harsh on me because I know I can’t let them down and they just want to see me succeed. I’m a very competitive person, not just in track it‘s part of my personality and I love to be challenged.

Are you in honor classes?

Yes. I’ve always taken honors classes since middle school and I strive to take all honors and as many AP classes as i can handle my senior year. This year(junior year) I have English 11 Honors, Va and US History Honors, and Chemistry Honors.

Are you in AP/IB classes?

Yes. I took AP Psychology, Ap Human Geography, and AP Environmental Science my sophomore year. I planned on being easier on myself and taking 1 or 2 AP classes instead 3 or more but my schedule was changed to specific classes I need to get an advanced high school Diploma.
