Personal Statement
I am 16 year old sprinter and jumper from Laramie High School. Last year as a sophomore I competed in the triple jump (43' 11''), long jump (21'2''), 300M hurdles(40.90), and the 400M(50.2). I run both indoor and outdoor track as well as play free safety and running back in the fall. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am not a one dimensional track athlete. I can sprint, jump, and hurdle. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am very motivated and energetic and love to compete. I've played lots of sports (basketball, football, soccer, baseball) and they have all helped me in some way. Academically, all of my core classes are honors/AP classes and I also take weights class and other electives such as woodworking to balance out the workload.
