2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
This year I played for the Dalhousie Tigers Men's Volleyball team where trained as a power hitter and defensive specialist. I followed an intensive weight training program as well. My vertical has improved by three inches and I have gained more muscle mass. I am mentally a stronger player as well. I have grown as a player and a person under the guidance of Coach Dan Ota and his crew.
I would like to pursue my studies as a firefighter and therefore would like to return to BC and attending the College of the Rockies.
Both my parents were elite athletes and am proud to follow in their footsteps. My father played middle blocker for UBC and my mother was on the Canadian National Rowing team for five years. They are fully supportive my academic and athletic paths.
