Jonah Kaye '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jonah Kaye, class of 2021, and my primary position is libero. I played as a libero in my freshman year and we ended up first in our league. Since then I have played 2 seasons as starting libero at Coast Volleyball Club. I played in the 16-3 team as a 14 year old and the 16-2 team as a 15 year old. I am currently playing at Genuine Volleyball Club on the 17’s team.

My collegiate goals are to:

• Play volleyball at a collegiate level
• Pursue a career in electrical engineering

I am a Boy Scout and am currently working toward achieving the rank of eagle, the highest rank in the program. We learn all about morals, important life skills like first aid and emergency preparedness, outdoor survival skills, and fitness. I am in Key Club at school and we are a volunteer based club across the district. I enjoy mountain biking and going to the beach. I am in the third year engineering course in the PLTW program.
