Darrel Fuentes '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a very good asset to a team. I became captain of the volleyball team in my school and led them to a good standing at the end of our season. I played outside hitter and gained a plethora of points with my serves. Academic wise I am very on time with everything. When deadlines come up, I am able to balance my athletic life and academic life to ensure I keep playing and my grades are good. Because of that, my counselor nominated me for the Posse scholarship. Which, I became a semi-finalist and was on the waitlist to become a finalist. Even though I didn't get to be a full finalist, it was an amazing opportunity that helped me network to other people.
