I believe dedication and discipline will take you anywhere. A phrase I like to keep in my head when I hit a dead end. No matter how hard the challenge is, there is always a way to overcome it; is what I have stuck with. I not only have continued to work on improving my current skills, I also like to develop new skills whether its sports, academically, or in any other means. I consider myself to be open to new experiences which I believe allows me to adapt and develop fast. I will work like no one else especially when it comes to volleyball. Everyday is a good day for volleyball. Even when I broke my finger, with caution I continued practice on my own while I proceeded to improve in other ways that I wouldn't have been able to without the situation. Learning how to become a referee, how to properly hit, watching others form more observantly, or in any other means. I used my time wisely and kept on going with my grind. Ever since I picked up a volleyball it has always been my passion. It became my reason to keep pushing myself, my reason to work, my way to relieve stress. It became apart of me. Something that changed my life forever and will continue to. With this in mind I think I will be able to dedicate the most, work the most, stand out the most and become the ideal which will benefit everyone. This is something I have already done and wish to continue to do. Thank you very much -By Kaneko Maru (Libero)
