Nick Galasso '19 Recruiting Profile

 I am currently a rising senior at Plainview NY JFK High school. I am a 6'2 Outside hitter, with a 39 inch vertical. I will be a third year starter on the Varsity Team and proud to say I was awarded All-County for the second time and was recently awarded Newsday All-Long Island first team. My goal is to achieve the highest levels of education in the business administration field. I am excited to embark on this journey of college searching and learning about the different career opportunities that I will be considering in researching colleges. I was only a 7th grader when I was asked to fill in for the weekend on a 9th grade club volleyball team.  I loved the game from that day on, it was only 2.5  years later that I would be a starting sophomore on POB John F Kennedy’s Varsity team helping the team win the Nassau County Championship! From this moment on I realized that I found the sport I was passionate about. I am also excited about seeing what college team I can contribute the same work and drive to achieve the same winning results.
