Kalen Dougall '24 Recruiting Profile

I've been surrounded by volleyball my entire life and it is without a doubt one of the things I am most passionate about. Above all else, I want to be a part of something greater than myself. I went through the process of forming the first team at Midview High School by coordinating with my superintendent and Board of Education, so it is certain that I am willing to put in the work to contribute to an environment where all can form a unique playing style with their individual skills. Overall, I believe that it is my work ethic and leadership skills that can bring something desired to any roster. I pride myself on my improvement, going from making my first ever club team to getting an All-Region Honorable Mention only months later. More than anything, I want to be the best volleyball player and person I can be.
