Carter Meier '24 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was introduced to water polo, it has been my passion.  I feel my best when I am in the pool playing water polo.  I began playing varsity water polo as a freshman, and I have improved with every season, becoming a starter and a captain as a junior.  I encourage others on my team to strive to be great people in and out of the pool. I am a compassionate person who helps whenever needed.  I have a teammate named Eli who is a year under me with a condition called arthrogryposis, which effects his joints.  He is basically my little brother, I always help him on the starting blocks during swim meets and I always help him out of the pool during water polo games. I attend a Jesuit high school where our motto is "Men for Others" and that is how I live my life daily.
