Hi, my name is Arianna Steele I started playing softball at 9 years old. I played coed baseball before I started playing softball. I learned how to pitch at 11 years old when I attended a pitching camp. The camp had 99% of players that had 5 or more years of experience and their age range was 15-18. I was a little intimidated because the camp for my age group was full so I was placed in this camp and had never pitched before. The other players that were there for the camp helped me with everything from form to the basics. I was so grateful and took everything I learned and applied it. That taught me to help all players regardless of what side they are on. It also taught me sportsmanship. I started playing on the high school's JV team at 12 years old. Again I was nervous because I was the youngest player on the team and pitching. I learned at that moment what it is to be a team player because the players took me under their wing and help me grow and mature as a player. I not only pitch but play 1st, 2nd, shortstop, 3rd base, and center field. I have played on recreational teams as well as a travel ball team. As I have played softball I have overcome some adversity of not being believed by a coach but held my head up high and came out winning.
I am one of the funniest people you'll ever meet I have a very unique voice. Most people say that I sound like Mickey or Minnie mouse and cannot believe that it's my actual voice when I talk. I am excited about my future I am looking forward to exceeding in all levels of high school and college. I can see myself becoming the FBI agent that I want to be after college. I am looking for a team that is disciplined, competitive, allows room for growth and is fun to play on. I can handle constructive criticism when given and apply it. I am dedicated to whatever I set my mind to.
