Personal Statement
I believe that I would be a great candidate for your team because I am a team player. If the team I play for is in a position that the Coach asks me to hand the bat to my teammate, I will gladly pass the bat and cheer her on. We are a team and that word to me means "Together Everyone Achieves More". My Coaches in the past have always said I am coachable and I always strive to do my best when they place me in a position I have never played before. I put in extra work at home either by myself or with a trainer. My goal is to be the better player the next day or every time I step on the field. I take Hitting Lessons and Speed and Agility on the side as well, I am willing to do the extra work that it takes to get me to that next level. I am always willing to listen and learn. I have attended several camps and will continue to attend as many as I can.
My Academics are very important to me, I work hard at school and at home with my studies. I have a 3.7 GPA in High School right now and will continue to strive to do better. I know that school academics play a major role in college and I want to be just as successful in my grades at College.
I would love to attend a College that offers Athletic Training, that would be my first career choice because I would love to help the athletes get back to playing their game, and hopefully continue to be associated with the game of Softball. I have played since I was 4 years old and i love the game and would love to give back to the community with the younger girls coming up. My other career choice would be Physical Therapy, I would be able to help people.
