Karsyn Yountz '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is McKay Yountz and I have two college goals.   I hope to earn a masters in whatever field I end up choosing and I want to play college softball.  I plan to excel as a softball player and feel like I would be a great candidate for any team I play for because I work hard at everything I do.   I am extremely competitive.  I love a challenge, it gives me such a rush.  I am different from other athletes in the fact that I am very athletic and I hate to lose.  I am a state champion gymnast and All American Cheerleader.  I always strive to be the best.  I have a 4.0 GPA and take academics very seriously.  My parents have never had to push me to make better grades because I push myself.  I am my worst critic but it makes me better in every aspect of my school and softball career.  I hope you will be as interested in me as I am in playing college softball.  I love the sport of softball so much and all it has offered me and will continue to offer me.
