Kara Friesen '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

I would like to tell you a little about myself. I have played 8 years of competitive softball at the A level. I was introduced to softball at the community level after 4 years of competitive gymnastics. I fell in love with the game. After playing 6 weeks in community I knew I wanted more. I have been chosen for the GPLS All Star game in 6 years of competitive softball. 3 all star games at SS and 1 at 3B.  I helped lead my team to our provincial championship game In 2016 and placed 3rd in 2018 at provincials.

I have been selected to play for the 222's softball program from Saskatoon.  The team is coached by Canadian Junior National Coaches and will be travelling to Florida and California during the fall for tournaments.

 My dream is to play college softball and I work extremely hard to reach my goals.  I enjoy working hard in both school and sport. I hope I get the opportunity to compete in your program.
