Kennedy Murphy '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kennedy Murphy, I have been in love with the sport of softball for five years now, and I am not ready to let this love go. I am determined to play at the next level. Ever since my first practice I knew this was for me, the sport I was willing to sacrifice my time and my body for. I am hard working and determined to reach my goal.

I transfer this attitude into my education as well. I work hard to keep my grades high as possible. I also work in the community, both volunteering and at the community daycare. I love both of these roles and would like to continue volunteering.

I provide my teams with an upbeat attitude, I have the ability to lead both on and off the field. I like to keep my teammates spirits high, anything can happen in an at bat. Softball has provided me with some of the best times of my life, as well as the best friends of my life. I love being part of team and setting goals to reach together. I am willing to work for the team, and provide a good, hard working, upbeat attitude.
