Brooke Zinken '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brooke Zinken, I am a part of the 2023 graduating class and I am looking to play softball at a collegiate level. 

Over my years of playing ball I have demonstrated how the work I put in off the field, leaves me with the strong results on the diamond. I currently play at Colby Community College. I will be graduating in 2026 as I am deferring a year of eligibility due to medical red shirt. I am a alumi of the St. Joseph Falcons Academy at my high school. We worked hard everyday with strength training, skill development and many other tips and tricks. I have been highly involved in sports all my life, I have competed in all-star cheerleading for 10 years, school basketball for 6 years as well as school volleyball for 4 years.

For the past 10 years I've competed in softball, I have mostly played the MIF, OF and switch hit. After playing at such a high level for many years, I have a strong understanding of the game. This sport has made me the person I am today, I have such a deep passion for it and would love to continue playing ball long into the future.
