Hey there, my name is Shea Hanson, I am a freshman at Colorado Northwestern Community College. I am currently looking to explore other options to further my softball career and schooling. Things at the current institution I am attending are not looking great and I am not happy with the softball program. I am hoping to get back into the recruiting game and find a school that I will succeed at.
I like to think of myself as a very funny person, I have tons of jokes and I am great at making up handshakes, but not very good at remembering them. A fun fact about myself, is that I am a type one diabetic, diagnosed May 31, 2017. If we ever meet, I will be the one wearing a blue ribbon on my hat and blue laces on my cleats. These characteristics are what separates me from anyone else, along with having a hot bat and having book and street knowledge.
What would make me a great candidate for your team is, I never get down on myself, I help out when help is needed or asked, I never bring down my teammates, in fact I am one to bring my team back up from being down. I enjoy having fun and being loose when doing something I love to do. You will always see me with a smile on my face and attempting to bring a smile to others.
As far as the goals I have for college, it is a very short list. I want to pursue a degree in nursing, I want to gain the most experience and intelligence in health care. I want to live my best life all of the time, especially in college. I hope to break out of my small shell and meet new people and new friends.
I hope you found this statement of mine very helpful and maybe somewhat amusing. If you find yourself pondering a question you do not see on my profile, feel free to send an email or even give me a call, because I can answer a phone. : )
