Eliza Torres '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches. 
My name is Eliza M. Torres, 2024. I am a junior who attends John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA. I am a lefty situational hitter and I play 1B and OF. I take great pride being a Wildcats Laufou/Hunter player. I have been playing softball  since I was 8 and didn't start playing travel until I was 12. I love the game, the friendships you make, and  love to grow and perfect my skills everyday. My biggest asset is that I am poised under pressure and am a great situational hitter. I am proud that I can zone in and focus on all situational plays. I would be a great fit for your program because I love to communicate on and off the field even if I am not playing I love to talk and encourage my teammates. As well as my defense. I am currently in the Medical Academy with a 3.8 GPA. My aspiration is to become a sports psychologist.  As a dedicated athlete and student, I would love to be given the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and grow in all facets of collegiate life: personally, athletically, and academically.
