Kristen Ruiz '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'6"  divers player but primarily shortstop and 2^nd baseman from Clovis , CA and will graduate in the 2014 class. I have started on the Clovis East Varsity team for 2 years and earned “Rookie of the Year” as a freshman. I manage a 3.8 GPA.

I have 10 years of experience and was selected as “Rookie of the Year” my freshman year.Ideally, I would like to be at a larger size school with a great "college town" atmosphere. Financial assistance is going to be very important to me in the college selection process as my family will have high need. I would be willing to travel farther to a school with less out of pocket expense. Ideally I would like to be at a program where I would make a big contribution early in my career to study kinesiology.
