Hi Coach,
My name is Dyani Dillard, I'm a 2018 OF/Util that plays club ball for SoCal Ruthless based in southern California. My academic and athletic goals are to attend a college that offers the right balance between superior academics and a competitive and fun athletics environment. I’m an excellent student athlete candidate because of my dedication, determination, focus, and drive to perform at the highest level in the classroom and on the softball field.
Athletically, I'm a fast impact player that plays all outfield and middle infield positions, and I promote team goals and success ahead of individual performance and achievements. I'm very appreciative when a coach or teammate takes the time to help me improve my game.

- Weekly hitting instruction by Craig Snow. Mike combines athletic development with personal and academic success. He fundamentally teaches correct swing mechanics alongside the proper mental approach. Along with that, Mike is completely passionate about a player's personal development and the path they take to their own success. Mike is more than a coach of athletes, but a father of them as well, giving him the personal experience needed to understand the female athletic world. A former All-American, MIke has raised and trained three daughters to play softball in the Pac-10. Jennifer, a 2008 graduate of UCLA and a catcher; Michelle, a 2010 grad and an outfielder at Stanford; and Katie, an All American outfielder and lead-off batter at UCLA as well as a former member of Team USA.
