My name is Elise Sanchez and I have been playing since I was 4 years old. I started playing travel ball at 10u, made my High School Varsity team as a freshman and plan on doing track and field this school year. I am determined and self driven student-athlete. Softball has been my inspiration to overcome obstacles giving me the inner strength to get through them. The passion and leadership has helped me develop into the person I am today in pursuing my academic and athletic goals. My goal after college is to become a social worker. I would like to work with kids and help them overcome their issues. Throughout the years of playing softball, I have learned to be committed, focused, optimistic, respectful and a team player. Being Self-discipline has made a huge difference in my life because I must balance schoolwork and my sport. I take honors courses and I am extremely active in my training. I strive to become a successful student and a great athlete. As I am dedicated to continually improving myself and perform to the best of my ability.
