Serena Velez '23 Recruiting Profile

My main goal for college is playing at a competitive softball program where I’m happy and proud to be apart of. I’m also looking for a college that would be able to offer one of my majors. I am a hard-working student athlete who has the passion to drive myself to the next level. Leadership is an important skill to me and I developed a better understanding of it as I was apart of the ASB program at my school. It taught me that leadership isn’t about controlling or ruling over a group, it’s about listening to peers and stepping up on certain situations. These qualities make me a great candidate for colleges.
