Delaney Aumua '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Delaney Aumua, I graduate in the class of 2025. I attend Granada High School in Livermore, CA. I currently play travel softball for Lady Magic Walling 07 formerly known as Athletics Mercado Walling 07. I am a very hard working and coachable team player. In 2023 I was ranked by Legacy and Legends of Softball as the #7 overall player in the country of my class of 2025. In 2022 I was ranked #4 overall and #1 First Baseman in the country by ExtraInning Softball and #10 overall in the country by Legacy and Legends of Softball. In 2021 I was ranked in the class of 2025 as #5 overall and #3 infielder and in 2020 I was ranked in the class of 2025 as #7 overall and #4 infielder by ExtraInning Softball. I love to work at my craft every day to improve some type of aspect of my game be it mentally or physically. I’ve always been taught since I was very young is that the results you get are in direct relations of how hard you work when no one is looking. 

I am part of the leadership group @ Granada High School and I was elected as Class of 2025 Sophomore Class President. I have been re-elected as the Junior class president. I really enjoy helping my peers have the best experience in High School possible, I volunteer in various school activities and I love to help others become better well rounded students.

My family and I love to attend live sporting events such as baseball, football and basketball. My Polynesian culture is a big part of who I am and what I represent. I have the best support system in my family and I'm truly grateful and appreciative of that the most.
