Robin Garcia '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since i was 9 years old. I fell in love with the sport quickly, and although I started later than a lot of girls, I feel like my hard work and dedication to the sport has allowed me to not only compete but be successful on the field vs. some of the top competition in the country. I feel some of my best qualities are my work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.  I have had some ups and downs with softball, but my ability to stay the course has gotten me to where I am today. 

I can play all 3 OF positions, have a big arm  (94th percentile), can hit for average (.402 BA Fall 2021/Spring 2022) and drive in runs. I feel I am a great teammate that leads by example and by keeping my team up! I would like to bring these qualities to a University that will allow me to compete on the field and help me further my education.
