Hi Coaches!! My name is Julia Carlsen, and I'm currently a student at Ann Sobrato High School. I play both as a first baseman and catcher. Thank you sincerely for taking the time to review my profile.

Softball has been a passion of mine since I was just seven years old, and as I've grown, so has my dream of playing at the collegiate level. With a genuine love for the game, I pride myself on my ability to connect with teammates and maintain excellent sportsmanship. Encouraging and supporting others is something I deeply value.

As a player, I am very coachable and always eager to contribute wherever I can. I am truly dedicated , as I constantly strive to improve through private lessons, practice sessions, and personal training. In addition to softball, I also enjoy playing tennis in my free time.

Academically, I am equally committed. I prioritize my studies, consistently achieving high grades and maintaining a strong GPA. Despite facing challenges due to a learning disability, I am determined to excel and surpass expectations. My teachers appreciate my dedication and willingness to assist others.

Looking ahead, my goal is to attend a college that corresponds with my academic interests and provides a supportive environment for both personal and athletic growth. I am eager to join a softball team that will challenge me to become the best player I can be. Ultimately, I aim to make my parents proud while enjoying a fulfilling college experience.
