Jeslyn Svejda '19 Recruiting Profile

    Since the day I could first walk, my parents had a dream for me to play college sports. They donated their time and money taking me to camps, lessons, tournaments and any other activities to help me improve my game and I appreciate that greatly. Over the years of being involved in competitive sports, their dream has turned into our dream, college softball have became my motivation to push myself every day to become not just a better athlete but a student as well. I would be honored to be given the opportunity to play a colligate sport at any program and wouldn't think twice about giving it anything but my best of efforts. 

    "A quiet leader," is a statement I have heard a lot of my peers say when they describe me. I believe I am the perfect teammate, in the means that I can pick you up when you are down, but also be the one to remind you that we are there for a reason and that we need to stay focused. I am very grateful for all of my teammates and enjoy becoming not just a team but a family with them, which I believe makes playing softball together that much easier.
