Personal Statement

Updated 4/20/2020: I have committed to Michigan State University to continue my Education and Play Softball. :)

It has been a dream of mine to play collegiate softball at a high level for as long I can remember. Softball has always been a constant in my life and my love for the game has only grown stronger as the years have passed. I am extremely passionate about the game and something that separates me from other players is that I know the game inside and out. I believe my "Softball IQ" is very advanced and I am also very vocal on the field. My desire to play the game only increased as I learned it could help me attain a college education - because that is my first priority. I want to find a school that has the right fit academically above all.

In high school, I was the Link Crew Commissioner for the ASB/Leadership program at my school on top of being in Friendship Club and Key Club. I lead by example on campus and on the field by exemplifying passion, hard work and grit.

With the 2019 California Community College Athletic Association Softball regular season, officially finished, Palomar College finishes at #5 in the State and #3 in SoCal. The Comets seem to have momentum going their way as they closed out the regular season. Palomar are winners of 15 straight contests and finished as champions of the Pacific Coast Conference. A 3-seed, they will face 15th seed Citrus at Home in Round 1 Regional play on Friday, May 3rd at 2pm.
