Bryn Henson '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bryn Henson and I am a 2024 MIF/slapper for the Orange County Batbusters 18U team.  I attend Santa Fe Christian High School in Solana Beach, California., where I also play softball on the varsity team.  I am a dedicated multi-sport student-athlete and I always give my best effort on the field and in the classroom. I have been a three year starter on the varsity soccer team and have also lettered in track and cheer. I also excel academically and take a number of AP and honors classes and have been selected as a member of the National Honor Society. My faith and my family are my primary motivators, and I am blessed that my parents have instilled in me the value of being driven, accountable, and committed in all aspects of my life.

I  have played softball since I was 5 years old and have developed a deep love and passion for the game. Softball has allowed me to play for some incredible coaches who have mentored me along the way, to form friendships with wonderful teammates who I am very grateful to have in my life, and it has pushed me to be the best person and player I can be.

I am looking for a college program that is not only a good fit for me as an athlete, but also meets my academic goals.  I believe I have the talent to compete at the college level and my work ethic, leadership, values and beliefs as well as my athletic ability will allow me to make an immediate and positive impact on any team.
