Maegan Osmond '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maegan Osmond. I am a 5'3 135lb pitcher and middle infielder. As a pitcher, my top speed is 62mph. I also possess a very powerful bat and am an elite level shortstop so I can help a team in multiple ways. I am an online homeschooled student with the Florida Virtual School and hold a 4.0 GPA. 

With the help of my parents and my high school coach I play for Cypress Bay High School and have worked hard to be the starting varsity pitcher through all three years playing for one of the largest public schools in the country in a very tough division (9A).  I was selected as All County all three years of high school.  In my sophomore year we won our district and lost only to the eventual state champion. In my junior year we beat the current State Champion and lost in a close game in Regionals. 

With the collection of homeschooling and playing at my local high school, I have excellent time management and work ethic that separates me from other student athletes. Thank for your time and consideration and I hope to speak to you soon.
