Personal Statement

Softball has always been an important part of my family. I have been playing since I was 5 and have had the complete support of my family ever since. I have always been known as a natural leader and for setting high goals for myself. My dream is to further my softball career past high school while earning an education to set me up for success in the pediatric physical therapy field. If I play collegiate softball I would like to be on a family-feeling team that would push me to become a better athlete, student, and person. Some aspects I would bring are speed, leadership, mental toughness and overall character to the team. I would also be able to switch hit and play wherever needed to best suit the team.
