Jayda Braithwaite '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal for furthering my softball career is to continue to play at the colligate level, yet be able to have the traditional college experience, as well as be able to balance school and softball in a healthy way. I will forever have a love and passion for the sport, and I want nothing more than to continue this passion throughout college. What makes me different from other athletes is that I am all in all the time when I step on to the field. No matter what situation I'm in, coming off the bench, or starting, I am always ready for what the game has to throw at me. It is a natural instinct of mine to be a leader, and push my teammates to the best of their abilities through lots of encouragement and support. I am willing to work hard and be vulnerable, and step out of my comfort zone when working at the collegiate level.
