I have been playing softball since I was around 5 years old and have always loved the game so much. This love for the game only grew as time went on and I continued to play and get better at the game. As this love for the game grew the more I wanted to play in college at the highest level possible. I have always loved the competition and pushing myself as hard as I can so I believe that college softball can do that even more for me, so I would love the opportunity to play in college. I have always been very knowledgeable about the game and use that to help me base run and in the field as well. I have always tried to be a leader on my team. I am always encouraging my teammates whether I am on the field with them or in the dugout cheering them on. I have always been very coach able and take adjustments and tips well and always try to incorporate and use them to better my game play. I always try to be hard working and the best person I can be both on and off the field. I am always working on my game all year both in and off season, and work extra hard during travel and school ball season to make sure I am at my best for games. Off the field and in the classroom I work just as hard if not harder, for me school always comes first and is a priority. Through this I have maintained a high GPA as well as got into and stayed in honors and now AP classes, which push me to work even harder in school. I was also recently inducted into the National Beta Club, and have been doing Girl Scouts for almost as long as I have been doing softball. Girl Scouts has taught me a lot of things about working hard and working as a team to get things done, both of which are useful skills that will help me in the college level of softball.
