Monique Brewer '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

I am Monique Brewer, a Junior at McCall Donnelly High School. Softball has been 1 of my passions since playing T-Ball as a kid. I've played on Varsity since my Freshman year and have played on a couple of travel ball teams. I would consider myself a great utility player, as I can play almost every position well, but I excel in a catcher position. I'm not a show off player, but one that can take direction and play for the overall good of the team. Did I mention how fast I am? With the most stolen basis in my division I would say, I have hot wheels! A great attitude, and hard work ethic are a given. Trully just love being apart of the sport. My future sport goals is to either join a college team or a club to play for. I'm also hoping that there is an ice rink close by that can provide me the opportunity to coach figure skating at a local rink. My future career will have something to do with Science & Math as they are my favorite subjects. I hope to settle on a career that will have to do with either science or in the medical field. In addition I am a Double Gold Medalist for U.S. Figureskating. I believe this has helped me with my softball careeer as it's added to my strengh and conditioning needed to be a top athlete.
