Sarah Bailitz '19 Recruiting Profile

"Sarah works tirelessly on her game," said Hersey coach Molly Freeman. "It is rare for a freshman to gain the confidence of her teammates so quickly. Bailitz did not lose a game in MSL East games and ended up 14-3 overall. "I was proud to see Sarah's growth and development throughout the season," Freeman added. As shown from the quotes above from my Varsity Head Coach over the last three years, I am a very hardworking, determined player who excels in difficult situations and never backs down from a challenge. I am also an extremely competitive person and will do whatever it takes to help your program win and be successful. I have an exceptional work ethic on the field and in the classroom where I have embraced a rigorous academic schedule with many AP and Honors classes. I have always been very goal oriented and focused, constantly striving to be the best person, student, and teammate I can be. I will be a great addition to any school or softball program that is looking for a hard working student, positive leader, and coachable player who always puts the team first.
