Aspyn Taylor '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aspyn Taylor. I am a Junior and two year varsity starter at Clinton Community High School. I have played softball for 11 years, 6 of which have been competitive.


On the field, I am a very versatile player that can, and will, play anywhere my team needs me. 


At the plate, I am a situational hitter who can hit on the left and right sides. From the right side, I am a two base, line drive hitter. From the left side, I am a speedy player who slaps and can place the ball very well.


I strive to to be an asset in all aspects of the game. I play the game with 110% effort, honor and respect, knowing that how I conduct myself reflects on me as well the teams I represent.


I see my college years to be a time in my life that I grow as an all-around better person and player. My goal is to explore a psychology major that will put me in a good position to be a forensic psychologist.
