Morgan Nielsen '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, Coaches, and thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am currently a Sophomore attending Grayslake North High School, and am a second year Varsity player. Due to Covid, my Freshman 2020 high school season was cancelled, but I was able to play during the Summer with my Club Team, Warren Wave 16U TS, and also continue with my hitting lessons through Grayslake Strikezone X. This past Summer I led my team with a .444 batting average, a .550 on base percentage, and a .794 slugging percentage. My 2021 goal is to continue to improve these stats and leadership skills while playing for Grayslake North and Warren Wave 16U TD, and to also build on my current 3.4 GPA. My ultimate goal is to play college softball after I graduate in 2023. I am not quite sure what I want to major in just yet, but would like to apply my strengths in math and science.
