February 2018 My names is Sammie Harms, I am the class of 2019, and it is my goal to play softball at the collegiate level. I have been playing softball since I was six years old; it has been apart of my life for the past 10 years. I have learned a lot from this game, life lessons, skills, you name it! But without this game I don't know where I would be. This game has done so much for me, and I want younger softball players to get the same appreciation for game that I have. In past years, I have helped coach a local softball team in my area. Seeing those young players smile and enjoy the game often reminds me of how I was when I started playing. It is my goal after college to give back to the game that helped shaped me as a person. I have always loved this game and I want it to be apart of my life as long as possible.
