Hi my name is Amara Zukowski, and I am 17 years old. I have been playing travel softball since age 8, and competitive "A" level softball since age 12. Since the first time I stepped on the field, I was in love with softball. I am devoted to competing with my team, with myself, and against other teams. I started my career playing locally, and as my depth for the game grew I traveled to other organizations. I have gone from being the new kid to being a dependable starter. Of the many things that I have learned from the game, it is that every position is earned, and a positive attitude is necessary to succeed. One of my strongest individual attributes is that I feel I have a strong throwing arm. I would like to focus on my education as well as being an athlete. I am known to lift others up in softball as well as in life. Throughout my education I have taken honors and A.P. classes. I am also a part of Spanish Honors Society at my high school. I believe I have the determination and skills to be a crucial part of a driven team. (2017) - Travel team season Homerun Leader.
