Cailynn Gdowski '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Cailynn Gdowski and I am currently a going into my Junior year at Lake Park High School in Roselle, Illinois.  I look forward to continuing my academic and athletic goals in college.  I am a utility player that can play C/3rd/OF for the Illinois Sluggers '05 Premier.  I enjoy playing the best competition wherever we go as a team.  

Some of my hobbies include running, drawing and hanging out with family, teammates and friends. I am very involved with my academics and I would like to pursue a career in the nursing field. I believe that I display 3 main qualities that have helped me become successful not only in my personal life but my softball career as well. My coachable attitude, mental and physical strength, as well as my leadership traits have guided me to be the student athlete I am today..  Thank you for reading my statement.
