Emily Tucci '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Emily Tucci and I play A level fastpitch softball for the Schaumburg Sluggers 18u MG. I am an extremely diligent and dedicated worker when it comes to academics and my softball career. I work hard and train every day because I am committed to fulfilling my ultimate goal: to compete at the collegiate level. I strive to give 110% effort at all times in order to better my skills and to help my team. I am interested in becoming an orthodontist and I am williing to work hard through every step of  the process. I am a very interactive and positive person. I am always encouraging others on my team to look at the positive aspects of mistakes and live by the statement "keep pushing forward."  I also enjoy giving back to the softball community by coaching younger fastpitch softball players, ages 8-13, in the pitching aspect of the game. Softball is a game that I have played since the age of four, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my softball career!
